Old Lyme is a coastal town located in New London County, Connecticut, USA. It is bordered by the Connecticut River to the west, Long Island Sound to the south, East Lyme to the east, and the town of Lyme to the north. The town is part of the Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region.
